Here are new rules:
1.No offensive content on your avatar.Like I said,we can't afford that
2.No advertising avatars.Only Signatures can have that
3.Avatar MUST be small (200x200) Really big avatar WILL be deleted
4.No cursing in your signature.Please censor the signature if you have to.
